Jamie Gauvin — President Chair
Since my family relocated to the Cariboo in 2016, I shifted gears from a 20-year corporate career to proudly own Northern Lights Tanning in 2018—a beloved establishment that has supported our community for over 15 years. Together, let’s shine a light on our community by joining the Chamber.
I’m genuinely enthusiastic about being part of the talented team at the Chamber, where we have some exciting initiatives on the horizon. With a strong team and a fresh perspective, we are poised to spark engaging discussions and strengthen the ties within our business community. Why should you consider joining us? Networking is vital—it’s not solely about who you know, but also about the connections your contacts have. It’s a powerful tool that can help you stand out.
As Jim Rohn wisely stated, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”
I am looking forward to a thrilling year ahead as your Chamber President!
Ronnie Francisco — Vice Chair
I’m a product designer, entrepreneur, and freelance designer with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in data-driven design for apps, websites, and software that connect people and improve experiences. I co-founded Chilcotin Chills Real Fruit Ice Cream, where we partner with local farmers and makers to create a true farm-to-cone experience using real food and serve up some of the best ice cream around.
As Vice Chair of the South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce, I’m passionate about helping local businesses thrive, fostering innovation, and contributing to the growth and connection of our region’s business community.
